Domain names
Fees for hosting and SSL certificates will be set out directly to you in advance of domain name registration, and again in advance of renewal.
However, you will be advised by email at least 60 days before the expiry date of your domain name what the renewal fee is and for how long that renewal term is for. This is sent to you as an invoice in advance of your domain being renewed. Renewal fees may vary from the registration fee.
If you do not pay your invoice, or if you advise us you no longer require the domain, we will cancel this invoice and will not renew your domain, allowing it to expire and eventually become available for registration by others. There is no fee for this.
Please note that .uk domain names which are not renewed will be automatically suspended 30 days after the expiry date and cancelled after a further 60 day grace period.
If you wish to transfer your domain name to another registrar, and require our assistance to do so, a fee will apply equivalent to at most the cost of renewal for 2 years, per domain being transferred. If the renewal cost has increased since your last payment for registration or renewal, the last paid price will take effect.
