BACB is a wholesale bank and established provider of trade finance and treasury services to Africa and the Middle East. BACB approached Hallway to create a modern, engaging, mobile-friendly website that reflected the new brand design and guidelines created by their brand agency. The website also needed to be updatable via a modern Content Management System (CMS) and have the facility to publish daily market reports for site download.

Hallway's in-house web team created bespoke designs for the new website that met the client brief and refreshed brand guidelines. The new logo and other creative assets were integrated into a flexible design that adapted seamlessly across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Hallway created a Market Reports area enabling BACB to quickly and easily upload PDF versions of Daily Retail Rates and their popular Morning Briefs for customer download.
Automatic download tracking was added and fully integrated within Google Analytics to make it easy for BACB’s marketing team to view download stats alongside the usual metrics.
Bespoke RSS feeds were added to the site to foster customer engagement and make it easy for BACB to instantly notify subscribers when new BACB market report documents are published.
Hallway set up Craft CMS to meet BACB's unique content requirements. BACB can now easily edit content on existing pages and get an instant preview of how changes will look before publishing. Drafts can also be saved, and a full version history means any errors can be rolled back at the click of a button. The simple, purpose-built templates require no technical or design know-how.
As the BACB website needs multiple content editors, Hallway set up Craft's multi-user functionality. This enables access rights to be defined for each user and ensures sensitive content can only be changed by authorised users. A full user management system with self-service password reset function when users lose or forget passwords helps BACB manage users and permissions efficiently.
BACB has received positive feedback since launching the new website. Site traffic has significantly improved and users can easily browse content on any device. The Craft CMS makes managing content a doddle and the fully integrated report download tracking facility has quantified just how popular the daily reports are with customers. Hallway continues to work with and support BACB on an ongoing basis.
