After 10 years in the Home Counties we’ve made the move to the UK’s Tech Capital, unpacking ourselves in The Trampery on Old Street, London. Just a hipster’s moustache off Silicon Roundabout.
New address: 239 Old Street, London, EC1V 9EY
New phone number: 020 3519 8585 (our old numbers will continue to work)
There are many reasons why we have decided to move to Old Street, here are our favourites:
Dubbed as London Tech City, the Old Street area is the digital epicentre of the UK with over 3,000 tech firms per km². With this in mind, Hallway now has unprecedented access to industry networks, events, discussions and information, ensuring that we are at the forefront of industry technology. This proximity to the UK’s biggest digital cluster will help us overcome potential challenges for our clients, allowing us to produce higher quality work that brings greater value.
By being in the UK’s largest Tech Cluster we are afforded access to the best talent in the country ensuring that we are able to recruit the right expertise for client projects. The below graphic, taken from the Tech Nation 2016 Report, shows how important proximity to a Tech Cluster is when recruiting top talent.
Old Street’s location is incredibly accessible, with great transport links and the City within walking distance. Not to mention Watford, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead all just 45 minutes away. We believe that partnerships work better face-to-face, and our new location allows us to easily visit existing clients as well as being ideally located for any new clients.
The Trampery is a unique workspace that combines modern design with fully equipped office facilities. Being fully managed means we spend much less time on changing light bulbs, and more time delivering value on client assignments. We also chose The Trampery for it's fantastic community, with social events regularly on the agenda including nights out, Friday coffee mornings and even investor days. Take a look at the space below:
So now that you know where we are, if you're ever in the area feel free to pop into The Trampery to say hi, and definitely try out the coffee (the incredible, bean-to-cup artisan coffee)!
